At Two Two, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
